Working principle
This drying machine use of heat pump evaporator absorbs heat from the outside air.or recycling of exhaust gas residual heat in the process of drying. The high-temperature heat pump drying unit will let the refrigerant continuously complete the evaporation (to absorb the heat in the outdoor environment) → compression → condensation (heat in the indoor drying room) → throttling → re-evaporation thermal cycle process, so that the external low temperature environment The heat is transferred to the drying room, and the refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the gaseous boosting and heating process in the compressor. It enters the internal machine to release high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room. At the same time, it is cooled and converted into a liquid. When it runs to the external machine, the liquid quickly absorbs heat and evaporates. Once again converted to a gaseous state, while the temperature can be lowered to -20 ° C ~ -30 ° C, then the air around the heat sink will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant.
